Mentorship and outreach are vital components of building up the next generation of scientists. We are showcasing Black-led initiatives and highlighting mentorship needs of Black trainees. This roundtable discussion on mentorship and outreach is open to those willing to learn about these initiatives and strategies in the Black community.
